Statement by Prof. Richard Falk, the UN special rapporteur for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories

The Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip represent severe and massive violations of international humanitarian law as defined in the Geneva Conventions, both in regard to the obligations of an Occupying Power and in the requirements of the laws of war.

Gideon Polya

Excellent seed.

Professor Richard Falk is an outstanding anti-racist, humanitarian, Jewish American scholar, an American professor emeritus of international law at Princeton University, a prolific writer, speaker and activist on world affairs, the author or co-author of more than 20 books and an appointee to two United Nations positions on the Palestinian territories (see: Professor Richard Falk ).

America and the world should be listening to such outstanding humanitarian experts on International law rather than the lying, racist, anti-Arab anti-Semitic, holocaust-ignoring mainstream media and other Bush-ite and Zionist apologists for the horrendous Israeli Gaza Massacre and ongoing Palestinian Genocide.

Over 400 Palestinians have been murdered in ONE (1) WEEK in Israeli reprisals for 28 Israelis killed in rocket and missile attacks over EIGHT (8) YEARS (see: BOYCOTT US, Israel, UK, Oz - Gaza Massacre LATEST: 400 Gazans killed (5 DAYS) vs 28 Israelis (8 YEARS)
